Comfort Suites, Leland, NC

With Bruce Brown, Oscar Garcia, Howard Bailey, Rachael Hodge (Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Agents) and Lam Nguyen (Alpha Mortgage) I enjoyed a full tour of the new Comfort Suites located in Leland, NC. We were hosted by Barry Eagle, general manager, and were kindly greeted by others while they were doing the last minute "to-dos" in preparation for the June 12th opening. I was amazed at what is offered and the exquisite decor. The lobby is tastefully decorated and will be home to two 42" plasma TVs and a complementary breakfast each morning! Each room has a refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV and granite in the bathroom. As you enter you are surrounded by elegance and the feeling of home, honestly I wanted to take a nap, but didn't have the nerve to ask! Amenities include fitness room, indoor saline pool, 24 hour coffee service and wireless internet throughout. This is a non-smoking hotel, but does provide an outside smoker's patio.

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty's Leland office is located right next door. We are excited to have an convenient option for our out of town guests!

It's Friday

What a beautiful day in Leland, NC! We started out with some showers this morning, but this afternoon has turned out just perfect. We've had an exciting day with many agents in and out working with buyers and sellers...the start of a very productive weekend.

The weekend for me consist of dance, dance and softball. Well, not actually for me, but for my daughter. She will be performing in her 8th dance recital this weekend and since she made the all star softball team, practice has become quite the routine. She keeps me busy and I love every second!

But, all that doesn't mean I don't have time for real estate. It's in my blood. I am happy to assist any of our agents when ever the need arises. Hope you all enjoy your weekends!
